  1. In a blender add all whole spices under korma masala and grind to a powder (except bay leaves).
    in a bowl add lamb meat, grind masala powder, yogurt 1 & 1/2 cup mix well and leave it for 30 minutes.
    in a blender add the fried onion, yogurt 1 & 1/2 cup and grind till smooth.
    heat oil or ghee add bay leaves, ginger & garlic paste and fry for 1 to 2 minutes on high flame.
  2. Now add the marinated lamb meat, coriander powder, salt, red chilli powder, kasmiri chilli powder mix well and fry the lamb meat in this masala for 4 minutes, on high flame.
    then add 3 cups of water, wait for a boil on high flame and then cover and cook on low to medium flame till the lamb meat is tender and oil comes on surface.
  3. Now add the mixture of fried onions and yogurt, water 1 cup and mix well, cook on high flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
    now add the kewra or rose water, ginger mix and simmer for a few minutes.
    serve hot with naan or roti.
