- 4 black cloves
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 4 green cardamom

- 2 medium sliced onions
- 3 medium sliced tomatoes

- Lamb stock
- Green chilli paste:
- 3 green chilli
- 1/2 cup coriander
- Layering when rice boiled:
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 boiled rice
- Lamb curry
- Remaining rice
- Brown dried onions
Steps to make Lamb Pilau/ Pulao π²
- Boil the lamb with above-mentioned ingredients until lamb is boiled well. Turn off the flame when lamb is boiled.


- In a pot, add oil, onions and garlic paste sautΓ© them well. Then add tomatoes, salt and red chilli powder and mix well. Cook on low flame until tomatoes are mashed.



- Now add in lamb from the boiling mixture and on top of that green chilli paste. Mix it well and cook for 5 minutes



- Now add in the remaining lamb stock and cook on low to medium flame until curry is made.



- Boil the rice and start the layering.



- When layering is completed garnish it with dried brown onions and serve hot with Green spiced yogurt. Enjoy
