This is a simple Kheema Fry from my home. I always make this whenever I don't have enough time on hand and I need to keep pace with the clock ticking so fast on my wall. It's a super duper quick dish and can be relished with both Rice and Rotis. Infact this is a favourite dish for Breakfast in most of the homes here in my City.
With Khatti Daal and a steaming bowl of simple boiled Rice, this is absolutely amazing.
A comfort food for me on any day. This is also a great Tiffin box idea too. And the best part is that it's done almost effortlessly.
You can add your favourite extras to it as well like some finely cubed Potatoes, Green Peas, Tomatoes or even Capsicums.

Ingredients and spices that need to be Take to make Lamb Mince or Kheema Fry:
- 700 gm Lamb Mince or Kheema
- 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp heaped Salt
- 2 tsp Red Chilli powder
- 2-3 Green Chillies chopped or slit
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 " Cinnamon stick
- 8-10 whole Cubeb Pepper or Kababchini
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 small bunch chopped Coriander Leaves
Instructions to make Lamb Mince or Kheema Fry
- In a kadai, heat Oil and add one inch Cinnamon stick, few Cubeb Peppercorns, Ginger garlic paste and chopped or slit Green Chillies. Saute all for a minute or two. Now saute thinly sliced Onions until translucent. This is optional. You can skip it if desired. I added a medium sized one just for a lovely flavour.
- Add washed and cleaned Lamb Mince now. Also add the powdered spices as well. Add Salt as well as some of the chopped Coriander Leaves for a lovely aroma and flavourful Fry. Mix well and cook on a low to medium high heat until done. It takes almost 20-25 minutes to be fully done. The raw smell should completely fade off and should be roasted thoroughly. Keep stirring in between at regular intervals.

- Garnish with more of chopped Coriander Leaves and Garam Masala.
