Ingredients and spices that need to be Make ready to make LAMB CHOPS CYRRY::
- 1/2 cup vegetable Oil
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 5 Green Cardamoms
- 2 sticks Cassia or Cinnamon
- 2 black cardamom
- 10-12 cloves
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
- 500 g Lamb Chops
- 2 Onions cut into thin sliced
- 1/2 chopped tin tomato OR 3 fresh Tomatoes chopped
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder OR to taste
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 cup whisk natural yogurt
- 3-4 cups boiling water
- Fresh coriander and green chillies chopped for garnish (optional)
Instructions to make LAMB CHOPS CYRRY:
- Clean and washed the lamb chops well and set them aside.
Take a wide-mouthed pan and add oil, once the oil is hot, add cinnamon sticks, cloves, Bay leaves and green & black cardamom fry for a few seconds then add onions and fry till light brown.


- Add ginger and garlic paste fry few minutes.
Add lamb chops and all spices mix it and fry well. After few mins add chopped tomatoes tin or fresh chopped tomatoes fry well then add whisked yoghurt fry well till all oil comes up the pan surface.




- Add 3-4 cups boiled water wait 1-2 minutes then cover pan with lid and let it cook for this 20-25 minutes on low-medium flame till the lamb is done. Now add Garam masala powder, mix well and cook for another few minutes.
- Switch off the flame and garnish with green chillies & coriander.
Your lamb chops curry is ready, serve with hot boiled rice, chapatti, naan, pitta bread.
