  3. 4 tbsp Mustard oil-

  9. 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste-

  12. 1sp Jeera-
  13. 1sp Jeera powder -
  14. 1sp Dhania powder-
  15. -2 tsp Turmeric powder
  16. as per taste Salt-
  17. tsp Sugar-
  18. 1 tsp Red chilli powder-
  19. 1 tsp Kashmiri mirch powder
  20. 1 pc Bay leaves-
  21. 1 pc Darchini- small
  22. 3 Elaichi-
  23. 4 Cloves-
  24. 1 Lemon

Instructions to make Lamb Curry

  1. After cleaning lamb meat,we marinate this with turmeric powder,salt,Lemon juice,1sp ginger garlic paste,Kashmiri mirch powder,red chilli powder,jeera powder,dhania powder and 50 gm curd and 2sp mustard oil. then mix it well amd keep it for minimum 1 hour
  2. Then take a pan and 2sp mustard oil then fry the potatoes with pinch of salt and turmeric powder (4 pc)
  3. Then take extra 4 spoon oil and garam masala,jeera seeds,bay leaves.after frying this add 1sp sugar (for red colour) after caramelised add onion slices and fry it,then add ginger garlic paste and green chilli,after that add tomato and salt and fry it until it's soft,
  4. Now add the marinate lamb and fry it very well for 5 mins in high flame,then the flame should be in low and mix it with all masala and fry it for 20 mins then add the fried potatoes and mix it also.
  5. Now take a pressure cooker and transfer the lamb meat towards this to cook properly. And added extra curd,salt per taste and 1.5 cup hot water.mix it well and cover it. Wait for the 4 whistle(medium to high flame)
  6. Now after 4whistle open the pressure cooker and add 2 spoon ghee and cover it. If the lamb is cooked well then okay otherwise need 2 whistle more.then open it
  7. Now the Lamb Curry is ready. And perfectly cooked and soft.
