- 500 gm Lamb mince or chicken mince
- 1 tsp Salt or to taste
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste

- 1 tsp Cumin powder

- 2 Onions chopped
- 2 Tomatoes chopped
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- 1 bunch chopped Coriander Leaves
Instructions to make Keema Pani Puris
- Heat oil in a pan and saute onions at first followed by adding of tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients to it.
- Saute until the raw smell of the onions fade away and the tomato becomes soft and mushy. Add mince to it now.
- Cook with a lid on a low to medium high heat until the mince is done.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and mint leaves and also the garam masala. Serve it with Pani and Puris. Yum!
