  1. 1 kg Lamb Bone-in
  2. 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  3. 2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
  4. 1 tsp Salt or to taste
  5. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  6. 1 tsp Garam Masala
  7. 3 tbsp Oil
  8. 3-4 chopped Onions
  9. 2 sprigs Curry Leaves
  10. 1 small bunch chopped Coriander Leaves
  11. 1 " Cinnamon stick
  12. 2-3 Cardamom pods
  13. 1/4 tsp Cubeb or Tailed Pepper Powder (Kababchini)

Instructions to make Breakfast Mutton Masala

  1. Heat oil in a cooker. Add cinnamon stick, cubeb pepper and cardamom pods. Add ginger garlic paste now.
  2. Saute all for a minute. Saute onions now until translucent. Now add mutton bone-in and all the spices. Add curry leaves too.
  3. Pressure cook it with water as needed. Do not add much water. After the pressure settles down, open the lid and simmer on low heat.
  4. Garnish with garam masala. Serve hot immediately. Enjoy!
