- 7-8 Cloves
- 2-3 small Cinnamon sticks
- 2 tbsp Salt or to taste

- First of all, soak both Barley and the Wheat in enough clean drinking water overnight for best results. In a cooking pot, heat ghee and saute ginger garlic paste. Saute them for a minute and then add the meat followed by the masalas.
If you are using butter, add a teaspoon of oil to it. This prevents butter from burning. Always remember this important tip whenever using butter in your cooking. - Now add soaked barley and the broken wheat along with 4 cups of water. Also add beaten curd.
