  9. Half cup thinly cut mint
  10. 2 tablespoon red cilli powder
  11. 1 tablespoon Dhania powder
  12. 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  13. 1 teaspoon ajwaein
  14. 1 teaspoon black pepper
  15. 1 teaspoon white pepper
  16. Salt according to the taste
  17. 4 tablespoon oil
  18. Water for boiling

  1. Cut each of the gurada in four parts, so they are smaller
  2. Chop onion and tomatoes
  3. Cut the leaves of mint and coriander into small thin pieces, pee and slices the ginger and chop the green chillis

  5. When the gurdas are done, pour the remaining water in a large pan and add chopped tomatoes and onions, cook them with all the remaining masalas
  6. Cut the ginger in thin slices add guraday in the gravy and cook on low flame for 20 minutes until the oil separate completely, garnish with ginger green, chill, mint and coriander
