- Start by washing lamb pieces thoroughly and strain excess water. In a mixing bowl, add lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt and Turmeric powder. Mix mutton pieces in this mixture well and keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Now heat 4 tablespoon clarified butter/desi ghee in a handi/pan and add Cumin seeds, bay leaves and cinnamon stick and sautΓ©. Now add chopped onion, green chillies and sautΓ© till light brown.
