Meat Shinwari Karahi very nice mild flavors made just with 2 spices, cumin and black pepper.
Ingredients and spices that need to be Take to make Shinwari beef karahi:
- 500 gm Meat with bones (lamb/goat)
- 3 medium tomatoes (300 gm)
- 4-5 green chilies
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1-1/2 tsp cumin crushed
- 1 tsp black pepper crushed
- 1 tsp salt or as required
- 3/4 cup oil
- fresh ginger and coriander for garnish
Instructions to make Shinwari beef karahi
- Heat oil in a wok, add meat.
- Stir and cook until all extra juices from meat evaporates, for almost 4-5 minutes.
- Add ginger,garlic paste and green chilies, stir for 2-3 minutes
- Grind 3 tomatoes very fine... add in and on high heat stir it.
- Stir it until you see oil with sides of pan.
- Now add 1 cup hot water and with lid on low heat let it cook until meat is nicely tender
- When meat is fully cooked add salt,crushed cumin and crushed black pepper… stir well on high heat until all extra water evaporates.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and ginger and turn the heat medium until oil comes out from gravy.
