- 500 gms lamb meat
- For Marination
- 1/4 cup dahi
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp salt
- For Masala
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 tsp red chilli crushed
- 1 tsp paprika /Talhar mirch
- 1 tsp black pepper crushed
- 1 tsp zeera roasted and crushed
- 8 tomatoes halved
- 1 tbsp Ginger julieline
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup oil
- Fresh dhania to garnish
Instructions to make Mutton Shinwari karahi
- Wash and Marinate meat in dahi, salt and ginger garlic paste keep it for 40_ 50 mins



- Heat oil and saute onions to pinkish, than add Marinated meat and cook.


- Add tomato (cut in halves) add masalay n cook covered



- After 10 mins open lid and take off tomatoes skin if they are soft. Mash them with spoon.
- Cook till meat tenders, add few green chillies sliced, ginger julieline, qasuri methi and cover on dum for few mins than fry it very well (bhunai bohat zarori hay) till oil comes up add roasted zeera and mix.


- Add butter, karahi is ready garnish with ginger strips, green chillies and dhania.



- Serve with naan and Raita.
