  1. 200 gm Lamb Mince
  2. 300 gm Lamb Liver
  3. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  4. 2 Green Chillies chopped
  5. 1 tsp Salt
  6. 2 Onions finely chopped
  7. 2 Tomatoes chopped
  8. 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  10. 1 tsp Cumin powder roasted

  13. 1 small bunch chopped Coriander Leaves

  1. Heat oil and saute the onions. Add tomatoes and the masalas next. Cook them for a few minutes until mushy and soft. Now add Mince and Liver pieces. Mix well and cook with a lid on for about 7-8 minutes. Keep the heat on a low.
