  1. 500 g chicken gizzards
  2. 2 tsp curry powder
  3. 2 tsp lamb spice rub
  4. 4 tsp sea salt
  5. 2 tsp coconut oil
  6. 4 kebab sticks
  7. 2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions to make Chicken Gizzard kebabs (sunakimo)

  1. Cut the gizzards using the Japanese style of cutting into big chucks and attach to the kebab stick. Any smaller pieces will pan fried after the kebabs
  2. Season with 4tsp of salt, 2 tsp of curry and lamb rub, allow to rest for 5 minutes. Add 2tsp of coconut oil to pan.
  3. Fry until a rich golden brown colour is achieved and turn to the other side.
  4. Ready to serve
