  1. For Tala huwa Gosht, it's a perfect one to enjoy for a lovely Breakfast meal. All you have to do is to mix all the ingredients mentioned and pressure cook with just little water. Do not add more. After the steam settles down on it's own, remove the lid and transfer the cooked meat into a kadai or a deep pan.
  2. Heat Oil and add curry leaves, slit green chillies and the cooked meat. Now roast it on a medium high heat until crisp and done. You can keep it medium crisp if desired or extra kadak or crisp. The Tala huwa Gosht is of two types, you can choose yours and do it accordingly. I usually prefer it medium crisp because of my kids. And if making just for the adults, you can go about it making extra kadak without any worries.
