- 5-6 green chillies slit
- 2 chicken cube
- 2 tblsp lemon juice
- 4 whole dried red chilli (optional)
- 1/2 kg basmati (washed & soaked for 30-40 minutes)
- Water 3-4 Cups or as required
- 1 tsp salt or to taste
- Fried onions

- In a sauce pan, add chickpeas lentil salt, water, mix well & bring it to boil then remove scum, cover & boil on medium flame until 3/4th done (10-12 minutes) strain & set aside.
In a pot, add ghee & let it melt.
Add cumin seeds, whole dried red chilli cardamom, cloves, black peppercorns, cinnamon sticks & mix well.
- Add onion, mix well & fry until light golden.
Add tomato, mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste & mix well.
Add yogurt, mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add lamb mince, mix well & cook for 4-5 minutes.

- Add salt, fennel powder, coriander seeds, garam masala powder, mace powder, nutmeg powder, red chilli crushed, mix well & cook until oil separates (5-6 minutes).
Add boiled chickpeas lentil, green chillies, chicken cube, lemon juice & mix well.
Add rice & mix well.
- Add water, salt, mix well and bring it to boil, cover & cook on medium low flame for 10-15 minutes.
Add fried onion, cover & simmer on low flame 6-8 minutes.
Garish with fried onion & serve with yogurt raita,salad & mango pickle!
