  3. 3 each Green cardamom, cloves -
  4. 4 Onion - medium sliced

  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 tsp Garam masala powder-
  9. 1/2 tsp Dry ginger powder -

    1. Heat mustard oil till smoking point and add whole spices.
  2. 2. Add sliced onions and cook till light golden.

  5. 5. Add salt and kashmiri chilli powder and cook.
  6. 6. Add curd and cook till water evaporates.
  7. 7. Add water, cover and cook on a low flame for 40 minutes.
